Accepting Invitation(s)

You will receive an invitation at the email address you provided during sign up. You'll need to accept the invitation before you can access the Form Fill Wizard.

When you open the invitation, a popup window will appear with your account information. Take a moment to review your organization name and session assignment to make sure everything looks correct. If you'd like to associate the invitation with a family member, select the circle next to their name to add them. Once you've reviewed everything, click "Confirm & Continue" in the lower right corner to move on to the next step.

Use the "Next" and "Previous" links at the bottom of the page to navigate through the Invitation Wizard.

Once the invitation has been accepted, a confirmation window will replace the invitation window. You can see how far into the process they have progressed. This window displays a summary of accepted invitations and has the option to include another invitation or proceed to the dashboard. 

Note that users can only choose to add an invitation code or proceed to the dashboard. Do not use the computer's back function.

The dashboard provides all necessary information to the user:

1. The total number of forms needed, forms remaining to be completed, rejected forms, and overdue forms.
   
2. Actions required by the user, fillable or uploading forms.
   
3. Family members and their information.
